Break the chain

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Symmetry.”

This was taken at my beloved Newcastle Beach. I love the contrast between the old, rusted chain poles, (not that you can see the rust here), and the symmetry between their spacing along the wall. It was also nice to catch a fellow photographer in the background.

    1. Thank you 🙂 I initially added a second photo to this post of the same set of chains, but in colour and from a wider angle. I love the other photo but felt that having two detracted from this. I’m a sucker for B & W so this photo won out!
